After five months of development, a thousand hours of work, trips to a dozen US cities, and one now-empty severance check, the MetroDemic game is ready to roll!
This Saturday, November 28th, we are inviting friends, family, and complete strangers to play a free game of MetroDemic in Bellevue, WA to help us make sure the game is infectious.
Find your team of 2-4 people and plan for a fantastic 90-minute event in downtown Bellevue. Teams can start any time between noon and 2pm. Kris and Christine Neese will be there to answer any questions, snap a few photos, and pace nervously outside the waiting room.
Afterwards, we’ll send you a short online survey so you can provide us with your diagnosis.
What is MetroDemic?
MetroDemic is a game played on your cell phone while exploring the city in teams of 2-4 people.
*The goal of the game is for your team to save as many people as possible from the epidemic in 90 minutes.*
To save lives (which is how we keep score), you’ll solve a few challenge questions at each outbreak location. Challenges are a blend of location-specific questions to prove you’re there, pub-style trivia on a wide variety of topics, and brain puzzles.
